Delivery charges
We cover the delivery charges for every order in United Kingdom. All our products are delivered to your home free of charge. There is no minimum order quantity required.
Shipping your order

Here are the average delivery times for all our packages:
- After you place your order, we need 1 to 2 working days to process it. During the week, this is one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.
- Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and usually takes 4 to 6 working days to be delivered.
Once you have placed an order with us, you can track the arrival of your parcel in a few days. You will receive your personal tracking code by e-mail, which will allow you to track your order via our tracking partner. You can see how it works on our tracking and traceability page.

Delivery of your order

Defective product?
That's a shame! Unfortunately, products can be damaged during transport. In that case, we always deliver a new parcel free of charge the first time, but we cannot give you a refund. If it happens again, we will refund the full purchase amount.

It is important to make sure that you have selected the correct variants. If everything is correct, click on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ box. On the information page, enter the correct address details. Make sure that all the information is correct. Once these details have been filled in correctly, you can click on the ‘Proceed to shipping’ button.
On the ‘Shipping’ page, you can check the address details you have entered. It also states that each shipment is completely free of charge. As a token of our appreciation to our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can proceed by clicking on the ‘Proceed to payment’ box.

Lost parcel?
If a parcel is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a new parcel first before proceeding with refunds and returns. If the order is not received 60 days after shipment, it can be refunded.
