Cancelling orders
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact us at info@alvalooks.com and quote your order number. If you contact us before your order has been shipped, we will be able to cancel your order (otherwise you will need to use the standard return procedure).
Return/Exchange Procedure
You can return or exchange your order without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
Before starting the procedure, make sure that the products meet certain conditions:
- cannot be worn or washed
- The original tags must still be attached
- It is best to return the product in its original packaging.
In other words, you can try on the products, but you can't wear them for a week and then decide to return them.
If your products are eligible for a refund or exchange, you can start the process by contacting our customer service team at info@alvalooks.com. You will also receive a return label.
Refund
Once we receive your return (make sure you use the delivery service with the tracking number you send us), we will check if the products are eligible.
If so, we will inform you by email and refund your money within 14 days of sending you a confirmation email.
Damaged/defective products
It may happen (although rarely) that part of your order arrives damaged or the product is the wrong size or color.
Don't worry, we're here to help. Take a picture of the problem, have your order number handy, and contact us at info@alvalooks.com briefly explaining the situation.
We will do our best to resolve the issue, usually offering a replacement for the defective product at no extra charge.
