When can I expect to receive my order?

It takes about 1 to 2 working days for your order to be successfully processed. The average delivery time to United Kingdom is about 4 to 6 working days.
The expected delivery time has been exceeded. Where is my order?

Some products are missing from my order, why is that?
Some orders are sent in separate packages due to weight restrictions. To guarantee the quality of the products, the products you order may come from different suppliers. If you order several products from us at the same time, it is possible that the products will not be delivered at the same time.
Don't worry, your order is on its way. The rest of the order is usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days.
What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?
Unfortunately, it can happen that your order is damaged during delivery. As a customer, you are of course not to blame. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately by sending an email to info@alvalooks.com. It is necessary to take photos of the defect and attach them to your email.
Do not return the item without sharing the photos with us. Unfortunately, we will not be able to find a suitable solution for you. Our customer service will process your message as soon as possible and look for the best solution with you.
This happens if you have bought the wrong product, if it does not fit or if you no longer want it.
